IPhone X is stuck in black and white

woke up this morning and over night my phone has gone black and white.

tried to do the fix suggested

general>accessibility >zoom>zoom filter > grayscale but it isn’t set on grayscale. It is set to none. See photo below .

Yes ive tried turning it off and on .

multiple times .

Any suggestions? .
