No way to rename Pages doc on iPhone. iOS 11.4

I used to be able to create a document in Pages on my phone, then rename the file.

Now I can’t. People here keep saying “Tap & hold the thumbnail and choose Rename” - but that’s crap. There’s no “Rename” item in the drop down

this is nuts. Now all I’m getting is Blank1,Blank2,Blank3,etc.

Doesnt matter if I’m in list or thumbnail view. There’s no way to

name or Save As the doc.

Whats up with thhis???
