Safari: On replying an email with Jpeg/PNG attached first get string of characters then clears and message is good

I get a string of characters: <br><div id = x-apple-maildrop-container" content editable = false> </div><br> On Feb13, 2019 . There are many more lines of this code that goes on. I have taken a picture of this string. This happens on all email replies that have images on them
