Apple Watch microphone not working

My wife’s Iwatch microphone stopped working on calls and Siri. I tried power cycling and it didn’t work. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

If the mic is suddenly stopped working in two different apps it is likely you have a hardware problem. Look to make sure the mic port is not obstructed by a protective case or blocked by debris. If you have been swimming or your watch got wet make sure the port is not blocked by water, tap the mic port gently onto some absorbent paper. If these checks don’t clear the problem Contact Apple Support and get the watch checked by. apple’s support techs.
