My iPad was just updated to 12.1.4 and the WiFi is now impossible to connect to. The WiFi in settings is off and frozen. No way of connecting to WiFi. I tried everything. Even in the pull down window you can’t connect. HELP HELP HELP.

Just updated to 12.1.4 and WiFi has frozen. Absolutely no way to connect. My iPad is useless now!!! HELP!!!!

Reboot your iPad: Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart. Hopefully, Wifi connection returns.


If it doesn't, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings


You'll need to enter your Wifi passwords again if the reboot doesn't fix this and you reset the settings.
