right earphone is not working, but the left is working fine

My right earphone is not working, but the left is working fine, I also bought a new pair of earphone, but still encounters the same problem. Can someone help me?

Check the charging port for lint or other debris and see this:

If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
