Which watch face includes the battery status? Thank you.

One more thing, when I’m at the screen on my watch which asks which battery to select, I select watch but I get a message about buying in app purchase. Which app are they referring to so I can use it?
On my watch I use the utility watch face,the battery status is a complication that you add to the watch face through your my watch app.In the my watch app long press on the picture of your watch face and then at the bottom of the screen is where you can add or remove complications to the watch face.

I tried this but it appears the battery gauge is for the iphone and not the watch battery status. Unless I did something wrong.
