I can't login to QVC.com website after upgrading to the Mojave's os system.

The QVC.com website says ''Access Denied"and won't let me into website. I can go into any other website but that one.Is there problem with their website ?

iMac 21.5", 10.14

Safari can't log into Apple websites (discussion forums, iCloud, AppleID, etc) on High Sierra I'm restarting this thread that hasn't been updated since March 2020, saying apple developers were aware of the problem and "working on it": https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251163073?page=3 For a while now from Safari I have not been able to log into Apple websites that require a login. These forums for example, or iTunes Connect, or developer.apple.com. It says that Safari cannot open the page because it can't establish a secure connection to the server "idmsa.apple.com". So really, High Sierra doesn't work with Apple's own sites? That cannot be true. There would be some mention of it online, I would think? I can't upgrade to Catalina. I might do Mojave, but at this point I just want to leave this computer running High Sierra to maintain the highest software compatibility. I can use Chrome to access this developer forum and the other sites, but I find it super ironic that Apple themselves cannot help me to access their own sites from their own computer using their own OS which is only 3 years old. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem without updating the OS? Anyone have High Sierra and able to access these forums, iTunes Connect, or developer.apple.com? Thanks!

Well I would uninstall Kaspersky even if it wasn't the cause (which it may be). It's banned by the US Government for one, and all antivirus software slow performance, are known to cause various problems on Macs, are not necessary on Macs, and various other reasons.

See if you can log in while in Safe Mode.

Just to clarify, are you saying you can't log into the page or the page won't open at all? If you can't log in with two different browsers running two different versions of macOS on two different Macs, it sounds like the site will no longer accept your log in for whatever reason.

Perhaps you should contact QVC.

I can't get on the website from my iMac.All the other websites work perfectly. I get on the website from my iPad and my iPhone with NO problem.

When I Had Sierra on my iMac I could surf the internet without any problem websites.

I changed my browser to chrome. I still can't open qvc.com on my iMac running Mojave AND my MacBook Air running Sierra!!!!!

QVC.com is the only website I cannot get into on my computers. I can use cvc.com on my iPad and iPhone.

Hmmm. Are you running your Macs through a VPN or security software? Are they on the same network as your iDevices that are working?
