User Guide; "Safari Can't Open the Page"

HI,

Im trying to download the User Guide for "iMac (21.5 - inch and 27- inch, Mid 2011)"

When I tried, I got this page that opened, saying "Safari cant open the page".

How am I supposed to get the free user guide; I dont want to have to spend 12-20$ on a book that should have come with this cpu for free?

(Note* The community "choose what topic this is about" did not OFFER my computer as a choice, so I had to put "iMac line (2012 and later); mine is 2011; It's a terrible oversight by the Mac Community to not offer any other version that 2012+)

Open Safari > Preferences > Websites > Pop-up Windows and select "Allow" for manuals.info.apple.com.
