Error 4005, tried to recover iPhone i6. Tried to update, response was can not update must restore. Error message again and will not restore. Updated OS with iTunes to latest version. Same problem. Any suggestions?
Tried to update iPhone 6. Keep getting error message 4005. Updated IOS, used different cables, used different port, called Apple support. I went through 3 levels of Apple tech support. Repeating the updating and restoring process just to get the same error. Ticket now in with engineering at Apple support. Any suggestions from community?
