Double sided printing on MacBook Air not working

I have a MacBook Air(per the title) and an HP ENVY photo 6255 printer. I’m trying to double print but my papers always come out one sided. I already checked the Layout menu in the printing page. Select two-sided and long side stuff but papers still are single sided. Have restarted both products with no success. Please help!
