The reason for "Keychain Access" opening on startup is most likely due to it being set as a "Login Item" there is a way to fix this.

Method 1:

Step 1: Move the mouse over the "Keychain Access" icon in the dock.

Step 2: With two fingers click the "Keychain Access" icon.

Step 3: Select "Options"

Step 4: Select "Open at Login"

Method 2:

Step 1: Open "System Preferences"

Step 2: Open "Users & Groups"

Step 3: Select your account (Your account settings are selected by default)

Step 4: In the menu of "System Preferences" select "Login Items"

Step 5: Select "Keychain Access"

Step 6: Select the minus sign (-) at the bottom of the list.

I hope this will solve the issue.
