My friend has a new MBP. She showed me how Mail works. She intentionally misspelled a word, and clicked send.
Spell check ran, after it found the misspelling, it sent.
She'd like it to pause after the Spell check, so she can review the message once Spell check completes.
Is that possible?

I understand you would like to have time to review the spelling errors before your email message gets sent. To do this, I would suggest changing your Mail Preferences. Choose Mail > Preferences, then click Composing. Choose "as I type" instead of "when I click Send." This way, you can take all of the time you need to review your email and make spelling (red squiggly line) and grammar (green squiggly line) corrections where needed, then hit the Send button. If you need additional help with the Mail application, choose Help in the menu bar while using the app.
