Fraudulent billing

I got an email stating that I ordered Netflix. I did not make this order its a fraudulent charge. The order# RW93NBHJ6T and the Doc 158398130287. I try to contact Outlook, Microsoft, and the email address on the invoice but the address was not found. I pulled the web up the amount charged was $21.90, I have an I Phone 6 the name I found was Charles Oswalt at 1Samertown Sq Ste 3 New Harford, Ny 13413. Please help.
