Apple Watch Series 0 Sudden screen burn-in?

Alright so I have quite an issue with my Series 0 Apple Watch. It would appear that the screen has had a burn-in of the modular watch face as I can see a faint ghost of it elsewhere on the watch, especially on white backgrounds. Whats interesting is that last night it wasn't present or if it was it was very subtle. I have had no issues such as this the 4 years i'v owned this watch. I find it really odd that a watch face could be burned into the display when the watch face isn't on the screen for more than a few seconds at a time. If there is any fix for this that'd be wonderful! I have put an image below of what it looks like. Ignore the ugly screen protector, It's been on there for quite some time ;) Thank you in advance!
