1. Reset your homepod
2. Turn off your home wifi network
3. Rename your personal hotspot/tethering SSID and Password exactly the same as your home wifi network
4. Connect your homepod to your personal hotspot/tethering (try to avoid enable personal request first, you can turn it on later)
5. If the homepod successfully connected to your personal hotspot/tethering, you can turn off your personal hotspot/tethering, then turn on your home wifi and wait for siri to reconnect (try to say "hey siri').
