Question Regarding iPad Warranty:

I haven't yet used it, synced it or put in the Sim card. All I've done is charge up the Pad. Am I at risk of voiding my consumer rights by using it for the rest of this weekend until I can contact the Authorised retailer I bought it from?

Advice please.

I would be very careful with using it because when you return it, they may say that the scratch was from accidental usage. Personally, I would not use it until you can return it.
