Bought a new Gen 3 iPad 12.9. The Screen is Scratched.
Question Regarding iPad Warranty:
I haven't yet used it, synced it or put in the Sim card. All I've done is charge up the Pad. Am I at risk of voiding my consumer rights by using it for the rest of this weekend until I can contact the Authorised retailer I bought it from?
Advice please.
