How do I access notes stored in ICloud
I need to recover notes that are stored on the cloud. How can I do that?

The answer to your question is going to depend a bit upon what's happening. Are you asking how you can view your Notes, or are you trying to recover some deleted Notes?
To view your notes on your iOS device, you'd want to make sure iCloud Notes syncing is turned on for your iOS device under Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Notes. You should then see your notes available in the Notes app. You can also Use iCloud.com to view your notes from a web browser on a computer.
On the other hand, if you want to recover deleted notes, you can do this from either iCloud.com or your iOS device. On your iOS device, open the Notes app and tap the back arrow in the top left corner until you see the Folder list. Then, tap Recently Deleted and tap Edit to select and restore the notes you want to recover. You could also try the "Recover recently deleted notes" section of this link: iCloud: Delete a note on iCloud.com. Please note that if you don't see the Recently Deleted option, the notes may have deleted more than 30 days ago or have otherwise been cleared from Recently Deleted.
