How can I output 4K HDR video from 2018 Macbook Pro via USB-C to a 4K HDR TV?

Hi guys,

My question is how can I output 4K HDR video from a 2018 Macbook Pro via USB-C to a 4K HDR TV?

I have my own 4K HDR content and want to be able to watch it on the TV. What cable and dongle converter combination do I have to use?

I read that thanks to the MacOS Macbook can only output HDR 4K via Display port, so could I use a usb-c to display port, then a display port to HDMI converter?

I hope there is a more simple way. Was searching for it online but couldn't much info about it....
