iPhone X not showing Battery HEALTH

Hi there,

i am using i phone X 256gb having latest IOS 12.1.4 and its not showing battery health. (Screenshot is attached).Is there any problem in the phone??? How can it show battery health???

however the phone is giving a best battery performance.
