Apple haven’t produced a “downloadable” PDF version of the iOS User Guides for some time - and the hyperlinked web-version has also been recently revised into a totally different page-based format.

At present, Apple only offer the new web-format and the downloadable iBook format. The native Books App, to my knowledge, has no “print” or share options.

You can download a copy of the iPad User Guide 12.1.1 as a PDF in the Apple Books app, formerly iBooks.

Once you open the selected book in the app you will see the normal box with the up arrow in the left corner to see options where you can select print.
