Apple TV - China

I live in China and would like to know if I’ll be able to make use of Apple TV there with all the various websites being blocked?
Apple Hong Kong does sell the Apple TV. I suppose that means it is functional with a local tvOS App Store.
Apple China does not sell the Apple TV. There will not be a local tvOS App Store.
As with most other countries, you will not have access to much of the out-of-region content, because licensing is done by country. As with most other countries, much will be blocked at the source, before local access control measures can kick in.
