Allowing session cookies on IPad 2018

Hello,

I am trying to access some videos for an online class on my iPad but I’m getting an error that says I need to allow session cookies. I went into my settings and allowed cross site tracking and unblocked cookies but I’m still getting the error code. How do i resolve this.

iPad, 12

Hi Alexisw890,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I understand you're running into some issues accessing a specific website.

Checking your Safari settings was a great idea. If you've turned off Block Cookies and the issue persists, you might try clearing your history and website data next: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Then, test it out.

If the issue persists, you could also try testing the same website in another browser from the App Store: Download apps and games using the App Store

If the same thing happens in another browser, it's worth testing this on both Wi-Fi and a cellular data connection to see if the issue persists on both as well.

I hope this helps get you started.

Take care.
