Safari not working

When I try using Safari to access any website, I the message in the picture. I have tried google Chrome as well, and get the same prompt. My husband and daughter get the same message on their phones and laptop. It looks like an apple.com website, but the way APP is in all caps bothers me. Are we being hacked? How can I fix it??

Since all of you are having the problem, have you tried restarting/resetting the router?
