Where is the source list in itunes 12.9.3? Using Windows7Home-SP1 and Nano (3rd Generation)

No symbol to click to reach Source List so that I can click on my Nano 3rd Gen. device.

Wanting to transfer music from itunes 12.9.3 to my Nano (3rd Generation).
