my daughter has forgotten her passcode for her phone.

my daughter has recently changed her passcode and cannot unlock her phone. Unfortunately i cannot download itunes. is there another way to unlock the phone without it

You need a computer with iTunes to restore it.

You can borrow a friend's or go to an Apple store for help.
