iTunes Store balance

Someone sent me an online iTunes and I have redeemed it but I’m unable to use it. How can I send it back to be use in a different iTunes Store account?

Assuming you mean an iTunes gift, why are you unable to use it ? If you successfully redeemed it it's used. And gifts can't be redeemed in a different country.
