macOS Mojave 10.14.3 (18D109) with MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) keeps rebooting

It keeps rebooting after a kernel panic. It's unknown what caused the kernel panic. Here are the kernel panic Log and a boot (with verbose mode turned on) failure message:
