Locked out iPad

My iPad was locked out after I changed my password and my son tried to log in countless times. We don't have a MacBook, only a chromebook, which you cannot download iTunes on,. What options do I have to recover my iPad?

If the iPad is disabled you will have to connect it to a computer with iTunes on it : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you don't have a PC or a Mac do you have a family member or friend who has ? Or is there an Apple Store or authorised repairer nearby that you could try taking it to ?
