how do i share my itunes library on my phone with my macbook

I have my itunes libary on my macbook cleaned out during reset to factory setting. I want to populate my itunes library from the cloud or from my phone to my macbook.

MacBook Pro 13", 10.14

If you have you Music Library on iCloud just enable it in iTunes on your MacBook Pro.
