ECG ON A1978
I sent my A1978 watch to fix, i got a new watch NU6D2MY/A, the first one had ECG but the new one doesn’t.
the model is A1978 and NU6D2MY/A and i have the latest software on both my phone and watch.
how can i bring back the ECG?
That feature is only available on watched purchased in the US. They would have a model number including LL/A.
If you had a US purchased phone and had it replaced outside of the US, you will not get the US version and will not have that feature until and unless it is approved in your country.
