Creating zip files from Apple email contents

Attempted to forward fraudulent emails to my carrier; Apple Mail returned to indicate 1) addresses were identified with such attempts, and 2) asked that messages be zipped, then send.

How do I zip those attachments housed within Apple Mail messages?

Create a new folder on your Desktop. Finder>File>New Folder

You can drag and drop the email(?) in question from your Mail.app to this folder.

Once you are ready, control click on the folder>Compress. This will zip the file/folder.
