I have 256gb in my IPhone Xs, do I need to buy more gb for my ICloud? I do not want to storage my pictures in ICloud.

Make sure you turn off in

Thank you for your infos, but I still don't understand why a message keep pop up to advise me to get more ICloud storage when I want to keep all my pictures in my IPhone. How do I stop not using anymore ICloud space? I want to keep everything in my IPhone

iCloud is a backup an sync services. It is not your usual storage.
Best you save your photos locally on your computer like any other digital camera.
