How do i get past the two step verification process when my registered number of the apple ID is no longer in use and lost the sim =(

My wife and i switched phones few hours ago and finished restoring her phone. I have my apple ID and password in place, i just can't get through the two step verification process.

So I have two step verification both numbers under that Apple ID are I am inactive because I broke both phones… so I can’t get my code to get into my original Apple ID accoun, is there anyway else for me to regain access to my Apple ID account? Is there a way to gain access into my original Apple ID account when it had two step verification but both numbers that were linked to it are now inactive because I broke both the phones in just a few days and now can’t get the verification code because it’s being sent to a destroyed phone.

2 step verification I can’t get into my account because of 2 step verification. I lost my phone and my MacBook crashed so I have no devices to receive verification codes. I’ve tried every other option available even account recovery which sends me back to 2 step verification.
