Can I use a Kensington wireless mouse with iMac?

I don't like the magic mouse and I am used to my Kensington wireless mouse, feels much better in my hand and moves better. Is there anything I need to do in order to make it work with the iMac?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.4), iMac

Obviously not if you are using it. However, you may find using a third-party mouse software could help improve things. Try SteerMouse - VersionTracker or MacUpdate.

I literally just got the iMac so I am using the magic mouse, but I have the Kensington from my older Mac. I just was not sure if it was compatiable,

Sorry, I must have misunderstood. You can use the mouse, but I would get the SteerMouse software to use with it.

yeah make sure it has mac compatible in the side of the box. here's there mouse software page http://us.kensington.com/html/1385.html

and someone mentioned some other software which could be better.
