I don't know if anyone can help me. I understand how to set up labels, but can anyone tell me why when I select the label I want, I just get a blank page

Thank you for your reply. I've attached a couple of screenshots, the first is the label I've created & the second is a screenshot of the blank page I get when I click ok.
When I create a label & press ok, I have nothing on the page.
