Unsupported Apple ID for icloud

Hello,

I am not able to connect to icloud by my Apple ID. But my phone is logged into Apple ID, only iCloud not working. Do you have any tips how can I log in to icloud?

What happens when you try? Error message(s)?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device

Thank you for your advice.

Yes, I see error message about Unsupported Apple ID. But on my iphone is message about wrong user name or password. But I am sure that I write it correctly (I also reset my password). I also use different network on my iphone - mobile data. I did not try it on my pc.

Do you have any tips?

Are you trying to sign into iCloud using your actual ID or an alias of the ID such as @iCloud .com?
