i can't login my mac book air , cursor showing up sometimes and hidding again, Please any idea?

i can't log in to mac book air, because after i enter my password it starts booting , after long boot it starts showing spinning circle , and cursor showing sometimes and hidding again , and then it changes to black creen and spinning circle

1 If your Mac doesn't shut down, try Force Quit to close any apps that aren't responding.


If that doesn't work, press and hold the power button until the Mac turns off



2 If your Mac turns on but doesn't start up completely, you can use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.

3. Disk Utility can fix certain disk problems—for example, multiple apps quit unexpectedly,

a file is corrupted, an external device doesn’t work properly,   

or your computer won’t start up.
