i can't log in to mac book air, because after i enter my password it starts booting , after long boot it starts showing spinning circle , and cursor showing sometimes and hidding again , and then it changes to black creen and spinning circle

thank for your support , first my computer shuts down and starts , takes me to log in screen , after i enter my password it starts spinnings circle, and cursor hiding and showing at a time, also i tried the safe mode, but it also aske me password and after i enter it starts spinning and the same process and takes to me dark black screen
i tried Disk utility after repair it doesn't show any errors
