When I try to manually reset the HomePod, it says I am having trouble connecting to the internet

I had configured the hotspot using my phone's hotspot. Now I want to reset the HomePod. I have removed the device from the home accessory list in Home app on the phone. Now when I try to hold on to the top of the HomePod, it just says "I am having trouble connecting to the internet"

Check the prerequisites in the Get started section of Set up and use HomePod - Apple Support. You cannot setup HomePod using one device as both a personal hotspot and the set up device.
