Sort files and folders
Is there a way to automatically sort files and folders in Finder like how File Explorer does automatically every time in Windows X?

Yes. Open a Finder window. Press command+J to see your View options. Below is my settings. It arranges folders first, followed by filenames, all in alphetic order. When you have this configured to taste, click the Use as Defaults button at the bottom of it.
