I got the Apple Watch space black stainless steel case with space black milanese loop, and I got a little scratch on the screen. I thought with the sapphire crystal glass, the chance of getting scratches will be lower, but maybe I am wrong. Therefore I am wondering how I can fix the scratch on my watch?!

There is no way to fix a scratch on the screen except replacing the device. Scratches are normally considered to be cosmetic and not justifying replacement under AppleCare+ unless they are severe and impact the touch screen functions. DON’T try to polish it out, because you will destroy the fingerprint resistant (oleophobic) coating and you could even damage the touch screen. The best advice is to learn to live with the scratch unless it prevents using the watch. You could add a screen protector which will hide the damage and reduce the risk of further scratches.

Sounds like you may have caused it. If it's a real small scratch, I would leave it be, however if it interferes with your enjoyment of the watch, I would have it replaced.
