Apple Music - Amazon Echo - new countries

When will it be available in other countries? Specially for me: Germany.

Don‘t understand, why it takes so much time - and I bet, it would push Apple Music also a little bit.

Apple Music on Google Home/Nest It’s available in a couple of country’s but does anybody know when it will be available in Belgium? Thanks
