Why is my payment method keep telling me that my purchase could not be completed? What’s wrong??
Are you also getting a message to contact iTunes Support ? If you are, have you done as instructed and contacted them ? If not you should do so (these are user forums, not iTunes Support, we won't know why you are being told to contact them) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
