Can the adobe flash player be installed also in a ipad?

Wanted to see if iPad pro has adobe flash or we need to but and install it?

iPad Pro 10.5-inch, Wi-Fi

Your options are as follows:

Use a third party web browser with Flash support
Use an app (if the website you're accessing offers an app to use instead of Flash browser plugin)

I don't have the need to use Flash on any iOS devices so I can't recommend any 3rd party browser.

I have review some charts/state review info and the way to see it is having adobe flash. I am debating if I will just download adobe or not use safari to download it which means I have to download other web browser. Any suggestions.

There is none but I heard there are some web browsers that support Flash.

Why do you need Flash?
