iTunes Browse Function stopped working

Recently on my Mac in the Browse function, iTunes either would not find the artist in "All Apple Music" or if it did, clicking on the artist will not open any content. Any ideas on how to get this working again?

Searching for artist's music in iTunes. I recently downloaded macOS Big Sur on my computer. Since then whenever I search for music by any artist in the iTunes Store, nothing happens, it just show me the magnifying glass and say it is searching, but nothing happens and the page turns blank. Apple Music account not showing in desktop app So I opened the Music app on my MacBook Pro to do a search for a musician I just read about and the search bar was only delivering results for music 'in my library' but I wanted to search the Apple Music catalogue. I check to see if there are any tabs or search filters I've switched between but nothing shows, then notice 'For You', 'Browse' etc are nowhere on screen. I've checked my iPhone app and iPad and both show the full catalogue results and my account in the UI, but nothing on the desktop version. I have restarted my system, quit and reopened Music Mac App multiple times and still not showing the above features. Any clues? I've also checked the preferences and 'Show iTunes' is selected.

What is the cause of Apple Music GUI to become blank? When I drill down on an Apple Music curated playlist (mac osx) from the "For You" or "Browse" tab, the next screen is completely blank. All other Apple Music features are working properly, it's only the GUI screen after clicking on an Apple Music curated playlist. Curiously, if I click the Play icon that's on the lower right corner of a curated playlist, it will start playing. Troubleshooting tips I've performed 1. Logged out of Apple Music, restarted my computer, and logged back in. 2. In iTunes Advanced Preferences, Reset Warnings, Cache, and Identifiers. 3. Deleted "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" and had iTunes recreate the file upon startup. Nothing has worked so far. I'm curious what could be the cause and solution to this issue. I'm on iTunes v.12.9.5.5 which is the latest version I can go to.
