No keyboard while using WhatsApp.
The keyboard desapeared in two different occasions while I was writing in WhatsApp with my brand new iPhone XS Max.
Could you tell me something about this issue?

First thing I'd recommend is to force quit WhatsApp. How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Then restart your iPhone. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
After you've done that, launch the App Store and check the Updates tab to see if any updates for WhatsApp are available. If there are, do that and test WhatsApp again. If not, you'll need to contact the WhatsApp developers to see if they can help. How to contact an app developer
