Macbook pro 2017 13inch Gets Way To Hot

Hi, ive had my macbook pro 2017 13inch for just under a year now and its started to get really hot. It gets really hot by simple task like browsing internet while listerning to music, its getting pretty bad now to getting to near 95 degrees. Does anybody have any advice?
