iPhone X chirping and Rewards Pending Message

Just happened to me this morning around 0558 EST.

Only information I could find was the Reddit post you linked to, as well as this very recent post.

Only thing I can think of is as soon as all this enterprise certificate craziness happened, I downloaded an app referenced by John Gruber at Daring Fireball in this post, but I immediately deleted both the app and the certificate since the app wouldn't run unless I turned off add tracking in the system settings.

I did just recently install Spotify and am testing out their premium service on a 3-month trial. Never had the chirping and rewards pending message until I installed Spotify, which was only two or so days ago.

Providing for information only, hopefully we can track this down as it's incredibly odd and edge-casey.

EDIT: literally just got another one as I was finishing typing this up and grabbed a screenshot of it. As it's a sound/music overview, there's no clicking through to the source audio or app.

Same thing is happening on my XS Max. My phone is usually on silent, but I’ve recently had it off silent and had this happen several times with no apparent source. It’s an odd system like chirp. I can’t reply it by pressing play on this screen, but it is the same thing as you guys are getting.

I’m experiencing the exact same thing. It’s happened twice now within the last 20 minutes oh my iPhone Xs, with the latest iOS update.

Having the exact same issue, and my iPhone X is always on silent... The chirping alert seems to be going around the silence settings by pretending to be music...

Just experienced this again for the 3rd time in the last two weeks. I'm on a iPhone X ('17) with iOS 12.1.4.

My phone is always on silent and this overrides the setting with a chirp.

After experiencing this a few more times, I wiped the phone and restored from an iCloud backup.

Havent had it occur again over the course of a few days.
