Accessing Apple Music on other devices

Hello there,

So I am in a predicament of having an android phone and using the apple music app on said phone. But I am currently trying to access my account on a mac computer and it is not letting me sign in and I am not even finding the place to sign into my apple music on a computer, is that possible?
