Can i close some windows while in this view Mission Control View?

Apart from moving to new space or Adding a new space or Adding a split screen, this is a good place to close the unwanted apps, is it possible

No. But you can close unwanted apps by right/control clicking their icon in the Dock and choose "Quit".
